The whole process is done through the brand new dashboard with a control efficiency
per hour of each machine, temperature and power consumption.
The total area of land is 4,176 sqm and the buildings are over 240 sqm plus support
facilities consisting of the Office servicing the packaging, bottling, kitchen, storage
room collecting oil, the tool shed, two wc (equality) and the place of residence of
the customer.
This goes along with the benign mood of the staff and owners are transforming our
stay at the mill in a pleasant break for coffee and good conversations.

At our mill, olive oil processing in accordance with EU directives, achieving the best
outcome the standardization of our extra virgin olive oil.
The varieties that we process are : Megaritiki, Koroneiki, Cretan fine Manaki and standardized by the mill our certified ISO 22000 (Haccp – ISO 9001).
